Based in Dubai since 2005, he has spent his career leading operations, management, maintenance, charter and FBO businesses for Multinational companies across Africa, the Middle East and Asia and has extensive experience working with regional aviation authorities including the GCAA, DCA and GACA.
He has had direct involvement with entry into service and operations for the complete range of private aircraft and has an extensive network of experts across the aviation ecosystem including OEMs, Lawyers and Financiers.
Most recently, Richard ran a major global aviation network for the world’s largest assistance company, serving more than 10,000 clients, including most of the Fortune 500. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and is qualified in Data Analytics
